Concept sketch that I did on the desktop of my hotel room when I was traveling for another project. I had some tissue paper and pencils and needed to draft a concept sketch for a new clubhouse and fitness center to replace the existing clubhouse on the current site of the Olympia Country and Golf Club in Olympia, Washington.
